Shipping and Payment Terms

Logistics:
All packages are shipped via DHL from the Biosa Vitalkonzepte warehouse in Germany. You may also provide the nearest DHL Packstation or post office as the delivery address—we ship there as well.

Payment Methods

PayPal:
Pay easily and securely via the popular payment method at Biosa Vitalkonzepte. Register with PayPal to complete your payment quickly and safely. Using PayPal Express Checkout, you can finalize your order in just a few clicks.

Credit Card:
Pay directly in our shop using your credit card. Payments are processed via our partners PayPal or RatePay. Simply enter the required information and complete the order.

Giropay:
Supported by Raiffeisenbanken, ComDirect, PSD, DKB, and some regional banks. Payment is made directly from your bank account. Transactions are processed via our partner PayPal.

Payments with Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, Biosa Vitalkonzepte offers the following payment options. Payments are made directly to Klarna:

• Invoice: Payment term is 30 days from shipment of goods, tickets, or, for services, from provision of the service. Terms for invoice payments in Germany: Klarna Germany Invoice, in Austria: Klarna Austria Invoice
• Installments: With Klarna financing, you can pay in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95) or under the conditions displayed at checkout. • Sofort: Your account is charged immediately after placing the order.
• Direct Debit: The amount is debited after shipment of goods. You will be informed of the date by email.

For invoice, installment, and direct debit payments, Biosa Vitalkonzepte shares your data with Klarna for address and credit verification.
