Recommended use: For a full bath, add approximately 3 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) of the alkaline bath powder to your warm bathwater and enjoy a relaxing bath for at least 30 minutes. For optimal results, we recommend using the bath regularly and drinking plenty of water to further support your body. For a foot bath, add 1 tablespoon (approx. 15–20 g) to a sufficiently large foot bath bowl filled with warm water.
